Shape conversations that influence the world! As a Project Specialist in our Speakers & Stakeholders team, you’ll connect world leaders, innovators, and key partners, ensuring their voices shape today’s most pressing conversations. From high-profile international forums to exclusive strategic meetings, you’ll help design and deliver events that inspire real change and strengthen global cooperation.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate operational and administrative tasksfor GLOBSEC’s flagship events, including theGLOBSEC Forum in Prague, Tatra Summit, and Chateau Bela.
Prepare materials, includingstakeholder and speaker research, invitations, email templates, briefing notes and lists of invitees, reportsand other materials.
Communicate with guests, speakers, and other external partnersbefore and during events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely information sharing.
Manage logisticsfor guests, including travel and accommodation.
Maintain and updatedatabases and registration systems, ensuring accurate and structured data for event audiences and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholdersto support ongoing collaboration and future engagement opportunities.
Provide on-site event support, including guest arrivals, accreditation, speakers briefings, and real-time coordination during events.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Personality requirements and skills :
2+ years’ experience in project/event management is advantage
Educational background in International affairs/Political Economy/Security Studies is advantage
Advanced level of English (speaking, understanding, writing) - C1
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise, work under tight deadlines and operate independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think forward and work collaboratively as part of a team with a strong can-do attitude
