Logistics Coordinator/Planner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For our client, an automotive supplier, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Planner to join their logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that products are delivered in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right place, and at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders and forecasts (via EDI or email).

• Create and maintain sales orders in SAP based on customer requirements.

• Schedule shipment dates, generate delivery notes in SAP, and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse.

• Communicate with customers and provide temporary solutions to ensure uninterrupted production in case of unforeseen issues.

• Prepare and manage customs clearance documentation.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proven experience in logistics management

• Solid knowledge of logistics processes and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Capability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams

• Fluency in Slovak and English
