Supply Chain Leader

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Responsible for leading key Supply Chain functions including Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production Planning to ensure efficient order fulfillment, material availability, and on-time delivery to customers
• Leads the Customer Service team (acting as leader and backup for the existing colleague) and directly manages LAT (automated lines) customers. Oversees Plant Purchasing activities and leads production planning, supervising one planner responsible for rubber and LAT products while personally managing PVC extrusion planning
• Coordinates the full supply chain process—from order intake, production planning, and material procurement to manufacturing and delivery—to ensure timely and reliable service to customers. Confirms production completion dates for new or modified orders and actively works to minimize unconfirmed orders
• Develops and updates weekly production plans based on production capacities and customer demand, monitors plan execution, and escalates potential risks to confirmed deliveries. Works closely with Production, Customer Service, and Purchasing to resolve deviations and optimize capacity utilization
• Responsible for team leadership, staffing, task allocation, training, and motivation, while driving continuous improvements in planning processes and SAP-based MRP and master data accuracy
• Monitors key Supply Chain KPIs such as backlog, delivery delays, on-time delivery (OTD), raw material stock levels, and unconfirmed orders, and prepares reports and capacity analyses for management.
