Group FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with the Head of Treasury / CFO on preparing the annual group budgets and financial forecasts as well as monthly rolling liquidity forecasts. Monitor budget adherence and perform variance analysis, proactively identifying areas for cost optimisation and revenue growth.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including performance trends, profitability assessments and risk management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making by the Executive Board.

• Management Information Reporting: Prepare and continuously improve accurate and timely group management reports.

• MIS Implementation: You are the central person for implementing a group-wide MIS to ensure accurate financial reporting and data analysis and to support strategic decision-making within the company. This includes defining the requirements for the necessary reports or systems, performing the testing and defining the MIS reporting process.

• Financial Data Architecture & Business Intelligence: Own and further develop the Group's financial reporting ecosystem, including databases, data warehouses, analytical cubes and Power BI reporting solutions. Design scalable data models and reporting structures that support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business analytics. Drive automation initiatives, ensure data quality and consistency, and act as the Finance lead for reporting-related system enhancements and projects.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the group, providing financial expertise and advice to support business initiatives and strategic planning.

Online Personal Interview

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Information Systems, Economics or a related field. A CPA, CMA or ACCA certification is also desirable and an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in financial data analysis, FP&A or controlling, preferably in the banking or financial services sector

• Open-mindedness towards new technologies and willingness to independently support interesting projects and ad-hoc tasks. An understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology and relevant financial regulations is an advantage

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong affinity for data management, reporting automation and business intelligence, with practical experience in Power BI, SQL and financial data modelling. Good knowledge of SQL and experience querying, validating and transforming large datasets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is an advantage
