Director of Reporting & Analytics

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Lead a global team responsible for supporting GEO, ISO, and BG operations through robust reporting and analytics.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of reporting applications using Power BI, SQL, Big Data platforms, and Qlik.
• Drive harmonization of reporting processes across business units to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Implement best practices in data visualization, reporting automation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and relevance in all reporting outputs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

What are the role requirements?
• Proven experience in leading large-scale reporting or analytics teams (25+ people), ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Big Data technologies, and Qlik.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining reporting processes and driving harmonization across diverse business units.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Analytics/Information Systems) is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience that can be a plus
• Background in sales operations, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience working in a multinational tech or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern data architecture.
