Customer Support Agent for Amazon Support with Dutch

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• You are a competent and committed contact partner providing support for Amazon via phone and e-mail.
• You advise and support customers regarding orders, the returns process, and product inquiries.
• You are the first-level contact and you edit customer inquiries for the Back Office.
• You are responsible for the post-processing and documentation of customer inquiries.
• You cooperate with internal departments.
