Industrial Engineer/Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Assure punctual production of prototypes for internal and external customers

• Responsible for manufacturing engineering in customer program teams

• Support remote manufacturing locations and distant development locations on site

• Ensure different project phases (staged release process)

• Help the plants to keep high level of standardization of material, tooling, machines, processes and documentation

• Definition and implement KPI’s

• Interface between customer projects and manufacturing related subprojects (e.g. Process engineering, Material development)

• Continuous learning, propose improvements on machines, processes, testers, traceability, sensor functionality

• Define requirement specification of new production equipment due to new products.

• Support smooth integration of technology/products into mass production.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• university degree in technical or mechanical engineering
• ability to work autonomously and strong organizational skills
• high awareness of production relevant
• performance indicators including Health, safety & environment
• project management experience, strong knowledge of manufacturing (at least one-year of industrial plant experience)
• several years of experience in an automotive environment is an asset
• fluency in English is required and German is considered an asset.
• excellent MS Office tools, basick knowledge of SAP and database
