Your key activities would include:

Sales:

• Identify and engage new clients in Croatia (both retail and institutional).

• Present our robo-advisory solutions and investment offerings effectively.

• Support the preparation and translation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

• Track, manage, and report on sales performance using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with leadership to execute and optimize the sales strategy for the Croatian market.

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian clients.

• Assist with onboarding, account setup, and KYC/AML documentation.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and timely follow-ups.

• Collect and communicate client feedback to support local product improvements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

We believe our cooperation will be successful if:

• You have 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or sales/account management

• You are fluent in Croatian and English (Slovak is a plus, but not required)

• You understand investment products or financial technology solutions

• You communicate clearly and build strong client relationships

• You are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
