Customer Support with German and English language

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Have an international and stimulating role, where you work closely with our customers as well as our SWEP Sales teams.  

Your responsibility as a Customer Support is to be the customer’s main contact throughout the whole order and delivery process. Your tasks include, but are not limited to, order processing, follow-up of orders and deliveries, payment follow-up and answering customer inquiries.

We are looking for candidate with experience from sales or customer service position covering German speaking market and preferably the candidate, who lived and worked in Germany and speaks German fluently. Advanced English is also needed.
