What will you work on?

This role provides comprehensive HR support to a specific business unit or function, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. They act as consultant and advisor to managers on all HR-related matters, while also handling day-to-day HR operations. 

The HR Business Partner provides support and coaching to managers and employees on HR related queries and matters, new hire orientation, performance, talent management and development; reports to and works closely with the Director, Human Resources to support and participate in all HR processes as well as assist by new processes implementation, and adoption.


How will you create impact? 


  • Manage the full spectrum of human resources services for assigned locations and teams
  • Oversee the full Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth and professional experience
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and international HR standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor completion of compliance training for all employees.
  • Coach and advise leaders on all people-related topics—talent management, succession planning, performance, and compensation—in close collaboration with Global COE HR teams.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and HR matters, fostering an open and collaborative work environment
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and guide managers through formal actions, ensuring consistency and fairness
  • Manage Employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Drive engagement activities, including team events, employee recognition, and communication initiatives (e.g. Health Day/Wellness Day, Employee Initiatives and Events)
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Manage processes such as visa/work permit coordination, employment confirmations, and document control
  • Collaborate with HR Coordinators to support HRIS and administrative tasks.
  • Provide monthly payroll input and collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Utilize HR metrics and employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally
  • Lead change management efforts to successfully implement the HR strategic plan.
  • Identify training and development needs, support ongoing career development initiatives across teams
  • Select training partners and assist in preparing service agreements, adhering to approval authorities.
  • Manage Talent reviews content, facilitate discussions, and ensure follow up actions
  • Deliver training to employees and managers on newly implemented tools and processes
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
  • Support additional HR projects and duties as needed

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Bachelor/University Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline required
  • +4 years’ experience in Human Resources role required
  • Proven experience as Senior HR Generalist/HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Experience in business partnering to support and coach managers and leaders
  • Experience supporting other countries is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent technology skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dynamic, resourceful, multitasker and able to articulate objectives in a compelling manner and rally others' support
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results
  • Action oriented, proactive, able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail and timelines
  • Attention to detail, decision making skills, good judgment
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Professional manners when representing the HR team
  • Good team player with a hands-on approach and positive working attitude
  • Sensitive to dealing with high confidential data and information
  • Fluent English is a must
