Financial Reporting Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As Financial Reporting Analyst – Treasury, you’ll be a trusted accounting expert in our in-house bank, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support our NYSE reporting obligations and strengthen our treasury operations.

A glimpse in your role. What you will do:
• Manage treasury transactions: cash pooling, intercompany loans & interest, FX deals, and other treasury entries.
• Lead month-end close activities for the entity, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare review packages for auditors and senior management (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Safeguard data completeness & accuracy for IRIS reporting.
• Support statutory close and reporting in collaboration with senior team members.
• Provide cross-team accounting guidance to AP, GL, and other finance colleagues.
• Prepare and execute SOX controls and bank reconciliations.
• Act as the go-to expert for treasury accounting questions.

Informácie o výberovom konaní:
Home-office based position.
Travelling to Vienna required approximately 2 days/week.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You'll drive towards success if:
• 5–7 years of finance experience in an international environment
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (transaction and reporting level)
• Experience in treasury accounting (cash pool, FX, intercompany) – an advantage
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (ACCA/CPA is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (Blackline experience is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive, structured, and collaborative way of working
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
