About this role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and optimize SAP applications and integrations across the organization. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless system operations, identify and resolve issues, and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will help manage ERP system support, drive system improvements, and ensure alignment between internal business needs and SAP functionality.

As we anticipate a transition to Oracle ERP in the next two years, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in ERP migration planning and implementation.

Core responsibilities:

• ERP System Support: Provide daily support for SAP Business One and other internal systems, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues.
• User Assistance & Training: Act as the first point of contact for internal users, resolve technical and functional issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure efficient system use.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing ERP workflows to enhance efficiency and align with business requirements.
• Data Management & Reporting: Assist with data validation, reporting, and support decision-making by executing necessary queries and generating reports.
• System Maintenance & Updates: Monitor SAP system performance, coordinate software updates, and work with external providers for system enhancements.
• ERP Migration Preparation: Support future ERP migration, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and preparing data for migration to Oracle.
• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to ensure SAP system configurations meet their needs.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with managing ERP system
• ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP / Oracle or other ERP systems
• SQL skills for data extraction and reporting are a strong advantage.
• Advanced in MS Excel/Google Sheets (VBA experience is a plus).
• ERP Migration Exposure: Experience or interest in ERP migration projects (e.g., SAP to Oracle or other systems) is a strong advantage.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B1+ level).
• Additional Skills: Experience with JIRA, Google Suite, BI tools, project management is a plus
