Supplier Quality Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Supplier Assessment (incl. Supplier Audits) and releases
  
• Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) with suppliers
• Material Releases
• Handle complaint management process with suppliers (during development phases or in case of customer issues)
• Supplier Development and continuous improvement (supplier management)
• Tracking of supplier’s corrective actions
  
• Reduction of supplier failures in the field, at customer, in manufacturing and incoming inspection
• Support of Advanced Quality Engineering on customer claims
• Support in programs according to PSP
• Special releases for non-confirming supplied goods towards the supplier (in collaboration with Plant Quality)
• Organize Supplier actions on location
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Quality Auditor according VDA 6.3 and/or IATF 16949
• Excellent knowledge In Supplier Quality processes and Quality tools (e.g. 8D problem solving, APQP, FMEA´s,etc.)
• Good knowledge of Quality systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of AIAG/VDA standards/guidelines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) other languages as German and / or French are an asset
• Organizational and communication skills
• Good understanding of different supplier manufacturing processes (e.g. electronic manufacturing (PCBA,PCB), plastic injection molding, etc.)
• Pro-active attitude
