#WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE#
In Downstream IT (DS IT), in the team called Digital Asset, Maintenance, HSE & Wholesale department (DAMS) we are providing the operation support of Downstream domain´s specific applications, handling and resolving the related incidents, problems, and fulfilling the service request. Maintaining contracts and their overview. Keeping track of SLA commitments and coming up with recommendations (incl. Service Management system) to improve service quality. Our team is supporting the business with providing the professional IT support and as well as supporting the cross-country multinational projects in IT area. Your main tasks will be to help the Downstream business colleagues with their requests and incidents and being a part of a multinational team, consisting of Business analysts, operation experts and architects, and being a part of international company. You will support the team in the creation of operational documentation (Operation model description, Operation Manuals), participates in the system development projects of MOL Downstream IT area and contributes in the implementation of System Improvement Request changes, participates in the operation process standardisation, lifecycle management and consolidation of supported applications, contributes in the replacement, deactivation of outdated applications and many more interesting challenges.

*Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Economics degree
*Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
*Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
*Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
*Tech Savvy: Generic hardware and software knowledge, good analytic and problem-solving thinking, thorough understanding of systems and industry-specific business applications. Knowledge of business related applications is welcomed.
