HR Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced HR leader, a passionate self-starter, trusted management team member, a critical business partner to the company leadership. You will be responsible for core HR services, including strategic business planning, staffing activities, employee relations, and organisational development. This role is considered to be a key innovation driver, creative thinker, and forward challenger. The ideal candidate coaches through organizational structure to build high-performing teams, leads by example, and supports the culture of trust.

I. STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

• Partner with the site leadership team to define and champion a unified culture that inspires excellent performance and strong employee engagement

• Establish strong relationships and operate as a trusted business advisor to understand issues at all levels of the organization and influence and coach positive outcomes

• Create the strategic HR vision of the organization and clearly articulate both the current and future needs of the company

  II. DRIVING OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

• Support the utilization of all resources to enable organizational effectiveness within two business units

• Partner with the business to understand and make recommendations on current and future development needs, enabling potential utilization, growth, and engagement

• Curating an on-the-job training program that allows effective assimilation into the culture and business environment

• Coach towards utilization of resources performance, lead feedback culture and employee engagement activities

• Increase employee experience through various engagement programs and initiatives

• Influence the cultural evolution through rewards systems, employee satisfaction, and leadership development

• Manage the expatriate agenda , working in collaboration with payroll specialist, legal counsel and payroll supplier

• Evaluate opportunities to improve effectiveness in areas such as organizational structure, workflow and teamwork

III.   LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

• Lead the site HR team to excellent employee experience

• Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders, middle management, and coworkers

• Oversee all employee levels to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests

YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE

• 10+ years of relevant HR experience (senior HR roles)

• University degree and fluent English

• Professional background in production environment

• Understanding of core HR processes, ability to apply best-in-class approach

• Strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to support the business through employee-efficient tactics

• Proactivity in leading innovation projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table

• Naturally curious mindset, interested in people, industry and business

• Experience in team leading and mentoring all staff levels
