Junior Java Developer

We are developing a cutting-edge XDR solution that provides comprehensive and proactive security across multiple domains, such as endpoint, cloud, email, identity, and network.

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer to join our team working on a new OpenXDR solution. The platform processes and stores low-level security events from various sources on the AWS cloud.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career — including recent graduates or candidates with around 1 year of practical experience (internships, school projects, or junior roles) — who is eager to learn and grow in cloud-based development and cybersecurity.

##Required Skills & Experience##
- Basic experience with Java development (commercial, internship, or school projects — ~1 year preferred)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Willingness to learn about microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and high motivation to learn and improve

##Nice-to-Have Skills##
- Exposure to Docker or containerization concepts
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
- Awareness of Kubernetes or container orchestration (even theoretical)
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka)
- Basic scripting skills (Python or shell)
- Interest in cybersecurity and cloud-native applications
