• Oversee end-to-end procurement (RFQ to delivery) for assigned packages, negotiate contracts, manage Change Orders, and mitigate supply chain risks.
•  Act as the main commercial liaison for internal/external stakeholders, drive supplier relationship management, and support cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure timely project deliverables, address contract claims, assess procurement risks, and support cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality, etc.).
• Lead procurement process enhancements, implement new tools, and coach/mentor procurement team members.
• Conduct cost analysis, develop pricing models, and lead complex negotiations for global supplier agreements and frameworks.

• 5+ years in direct procurement within an EPC environment, managing high-value contracts, risk, and cost strategies
• Proficiency in contract management, Change Order processes, Claims Management, and supplier portfolio expansion
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality), influence stakeholders, and thrive in matrix organizations
• Negotiation, market analysis, risk assessment, problem-solving, and process improvement with strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English (C1+); adaptable to multicultural environments with a proactive, collaborative mindset
