Analyst Product Compliance Governance (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As an Analyst, Product Compliance Governance, you will help strengthen Product Compliance across Danfoss Power Solutions and support access to global markets. By improving governance processes and promoting a strong compliance culture, you will contribute to the development of sustainable and responsible solutions.

Working in a global environment, you will collaborate with colleagues across functions and locations to drive continuous improvement and help ensure regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into our ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the continuous improvement of Product Compliance processes and governance practices.
• Drive the implementation of Product Compliance requirements within business processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong Product Compliance culture.
• Represent Danfoss in working groups and help align Product Compliance practices across the organization.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve compliance awareness, consistency, and operational excellence.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex topics from a governance and regulatory perspective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and locations.
• English at B2 level or higher and confidence working in an international environment.
• Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and drive positive change.
