Join our Purchasing Team as a Supplier Quality Manufacturing Engineer! We are currently seeking two motivated professionals who are passionate about quality excellence and supplier development.

Job Description, Authority and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will represent Stellantis within supplier manufacturing facilities, driving supplier quality and industrial performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring production excellence, supporting successful product launches, and fostering continuous improvement across the supply chain,

• Provide SQD plant assessment on new suppliers plant according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment),

• Provide to Commodity Quality Champion supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers,

• Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables during development phase,

• Be accountable for Supplier readiness at launch,

• Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant),

• Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks => see project RASI,

• Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer,

• Ensure the industrial performances of suppliers’ sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production,

• Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by CQC.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required knowledge and skills:

• Practical experience with quality methodologies and quality management tools,

• Strong understanding of project and program management, industrialization processes, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment,

• Proven experience in supplier relationship management, with a solid understanding of purchasing organization processes and objectives,

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a results-driven mindset,

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of representing Stellantis at all organizational levels, including supplier plant management and executive leadership,

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment,

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement,

• Ability to travel frequently,

• Strong autonomy and min. 5 years experience in similar position.
