Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a skilled Growth & Performance Marketing Manager for a globally focused fintech company based in Bratislava that aims to transform the way people understand and manage their finances.

About the project:

Our client is building a platform for intelligent investment decision-making. The solution combines real market data (stocks, ETFs, bonds, commodities, and macroeconomic indicators) with AI agents that generate analyses, predictions, and portfolio recommendations. The project is currently in the prototype phase.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution — a person who can plan campaigns, launch them, optimize performance, and continuously improve results based on data and insights.

Growth & Performance Marketing manager will take ownership of marketing activities and help the company to grow through data-driven performance marketing.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of the company’s marketing activities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns

• Manage campaigns in Google Ads

• Create and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Explore and manage campaigns on X.com and Reddit

• Define campaign goals, target audiences, budgets, and KPIs

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results

• Drive lead generation, conversion-focused campaigns, and brand awareness

• Prepare reports and performance insights

• Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and business stakeholders

• Test new marketing channels, creatives, audiences, and campaign formats

• Continuously improve marketing strategy based on data and performance

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• PPC campaign management experience

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data

• Independent, ownership-driven mindset

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

• Google Analytics / GA4

• Google Tag Manager

• Conversion tracking setup

• A/B testing

• SEO basics

• Copywriting for ads and landing pages

• Email marketing and marketing automation

• B2B or SaaS marketing

• Product marketing

• Managing external agencies or freelancers

  The role is based on a hybrid working model. Initially, we would like the person to spend several hours in the office, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid setup with home office flexibility later on.
