Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Defines and implements cost reduction activities
• Sources components for new product launches according to the best optimization of the QCD parameters (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Supports the commodity organization to reach the site negotiation objectives.
• Implements materials standards at site.
• Builds up the site budget together with the Site Purchasing Manager.
• Performs strategic sourcing analysis (internal constraints, external risks, cost-breakdown analysis and learns to understand strategic levers & supplier markets).
• Defines and aligns the local purchasing strategy with group strategies.
• Identifies best-in-class suppliers that match company product strategy and selection criteria.
• Coordinates the evolution of the current supplier base towards strategic goals of supplier consolidation by re-sourcing and steering the new business nomination.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Fluent English is mandatory
• French or German is an advantage
• Traveling locally & internationally
• Knowledge of computer tools (Excel is mandatory)
• Experience in Automotive industry is preferred but not a must
• Good communication skills
• Result orientation
• Teamwork spirit
