As an integral part of our HR team, you’ll help shape our growth in the tech sector by combining recruitment expertise with creative employer branding strategies.

Location:Bratislava - on- site / partially hybrid

This role requires professional fluency in Slovak & English language.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
• Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, job events & fairs and other channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Design and execute employer branding campaigns—both online and offline
• Organize and attend career fairs, meetups, and HR/tech events
• Create content for social media and internal/external HR communications
• Stay up to date with trends in IT recruitment and HR
