Talent Acquisition Specialist (EU & USA)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a sharp, self-driven, and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in international recruitment to join our fast-paced team.

Your portfolio will be diverse: while a significant focus will involve driving our blue-collar recruitment of skilled Robot Technicians, Assembly Engineers and entry level roles, you will also manage a variety of other roles across the organization as we scale. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment life cycle, from identifying high-potential candidates to closing offers, playing a pivotal role in our international expansion.

This is a full time role that requires a flexible individual able to work in slightly shifted work time to address our hiring needs in the United States, with core working hours starting around 10 - 11 AM and ending around 6 - 7 PM.

Core responsibilities:

• Partner strategically with hiring managers to meet complex talent needs and engineer precise job profiles.
• Architect and execute cutting-edge sourcing methodologies to hunt for talent across global platforms and professional networks.
• Screening and high-speed interview coordination to ensure only the sharpest candidates participate.
• Drive international blue-collar recruitment, bridging the gap between Slovak and US operations across multiple time zones.
• Manage the closing process - negotiation to secure win-win outcomes for the talent and the company.
• Create a great experience for candidates that shows our innovative culture and commitment to quality.
• Keep accurate records of all recruitment data and candidate activities to ensure our processes are effective.
• Lead projects focused on improving recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, international hiring, preferably some experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels.
• Proficiency in Slovak language & English language on active professional level.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones, specifically for US-based teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for finding and attracting top talent.
