Engineering Manager | R&D | Electronics & Mechatronics

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Leading and energizing a high‑performing multidisciplinary Engineering Team to achieve ambitious technical and business goals
• Developing future leaders by mentoring Engineers, nurturing management potential, and strengthening a long‑term talent pipeline
• Defining and scaling engineering capabilities, competencies, and structures that support an expanding, innovation‑driven product portfolio
• Driving engineering excellence through best‑in‑class processes, quality frameworks, validation rigor, and advanced problem‑solving practices
• Ensuring full alignment with key automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF, etc.) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and high‑impact customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution
• Managing team budgets strategically and leading cost‑optimization, operational efficiency, and process‑improvement initiatives
• Participating as an influential member of the Europe Project Steering Committee, shaping strategic decisions and cross‑regional alignment

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Education in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Proven managerial experience in a company with in-house R&D, ideally focused on the design of electronic devices or mechatronic systems
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing mid-sized engineering team (20+ professionals)
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong people‑development mindset
• Excellent planning and resource‑management skills for product development and engineering
• Very good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Driving license B
