What will be your tasks?
Your precision directly enables our teams to deliver great projects, with the following tasks:

• Collaboration with the CSO on the preparation of project budgets
  
• Processing customer Statements of Work (SOW) and Purchase Orders
  
• Creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers
  
• Issuing invoices and uploading them to Vendor Management Systems
  
• Ensuring the invoice approval process
  
• Preparing quotation calculations
  
• Communicating with client contacts regarding invoices status
  
• Resource management in customer's Vendor Management Systems
  
• Managing the execution of background checks for the customer
  
• Mapping and reconciling sales budgets within the JIRA system
  
• Subcontractors invoice validation.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive team player with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and exceptional attention to detail.

Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.

Experience with JIRA or similar tools, as well as Money S3, SAP Ariba, or other ERP systems is considered a strong plus.
