O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
· Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients/partners, ensuring continuity of service and satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
· Ensure every client interaction reflects our luxury positioning, handling each request with discretion, urgency, and exceptional attention to detail — from bespoke card services to private financial requests.
· Maintain a proactive approach and consistent, high-touch communication with clients to anticipate needs, address inquiries, and reinforce long-term loyalty.
· Understand clients’ lifestyles, financial behaviors, and preferences to curate tailored solutions, exclusive offers, and product enhancements.
· Monitor client interactions and feedback to identify service gaps and recommend strategic solutions tailored to client expectations.
· Oversee the daily servicing of client accounts, including but not limited to card activations, credit and spending limit management, transaction analysis, and periodic account performance reviews—ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience at every touchpoint.
· Lead the onboarding process for new and existing clients, maintaining full alignment with regulatory standards while ensuring a frictionless experience.
· Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering client-specific requests and ensuring timely, effective delivery by relevant departments.
· Review client usage trends to detect upselling and cross-selling potential, implementing strategies that enhance revenue and product penetration.
· Participate in the rollout of new offerings, including testing of digital platforms, reports, and dashboards to ensure usability and accuracy before official launch.
· Develop refined engagement and retention strategies, ensuring clients feel valued, heard, and fully supported at all stages of their journey.
· Proactively identify and respond to potential risks related to client satisfaction, acting swiftly to retain key accounts.
· Guide clients through onboarding and re-verification processes, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards (e.g. AML/KYC), and addressing any gaps proactively.
· Educate clients about our range of financial services, including premium card products, concierge services, and tailored payment solutions.
· Be available beyond office hours for urgent requests, ensuring uninterrupted access to our elite services and maintaining client confidence at all times.
· Generate periodic reports, document client interactions, and maintain accurate account records in line with compliance and internal audit protocols.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Previous experience in credit cards, banking/financial services, or the luxury industry and ultra high net worth clientele.
• Proficiency in English at Level C (speaking, writing, reading), with additional language skills considered advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer care.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational skills, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.
• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong team player with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
