About the role

Help shape how BONARD looks and communicates.

We are looking for a Graphic & Content Designer who enjoys creating clean, professional visuals and bringing consistency to everything from social media to presentations and print.

This is primarily a graphic design role focused on executing and refining materials within an established brand system. You will work closely with our Design Lead and marketing team, you will not be figuring things out alone. Clear guidance, templates, and feedback are part of the process.

Supporting content creation, like preparing visuals, basic posting, or occasionally helping with photo/video during events, is welcome, but not required.

What you will do

• Design visuals for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, and internal materials
• Adapt and refine existing templates
• Prepare print materials such as business cards, banners, and branded collateral
• Support marketing and sales teams with visual assets
• Maintain consistency with BONARD’s brand identity

Optional opportunities if you’re interested:

• Support content execution (visuals, basic copy, posting)
• Capture photos or short videos at conferences and company activities
• Edit photo/video materials for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Who we are looking for

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience
• Experience in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Portfolio showing strong layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Experience working within brand guidelines
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn and improve
• Good communication skills and English
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines
• Nice to have (not required): photography, video editing, podcast/webinar interest, or basic web design understanding
