About the Position: Quality System Engineer

The main mission of a Quality System Engineer is to be in charge of setting-up and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) of Minebea AccessSolutions (MAS), in accordance with IATF 16949 and internal MAS standards. To be directly involved in the implementation process of IATF 16949 standards and maintenance of the certification. To be in charge in managing evolution of the quality procedures, instructions and forms. To measure the QMS and apply corrective, preventive actions and continuous improvement of the QMS by the internal audit. Manage the process, system, product audits and be a part of the internal auditor´s team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deployment and following the IATF 16949 Standard in Minebea AccessSolutions,
- Support all departments to write their procedures to implement QMS on their processes,
- Plan, realize, formalize and follow the annual internal quality system and process audits,
- Manage the correction and corrective preventive action from audits,
-Management of controlled documentation in MG documentation / EU intranet,
- Participate in the implementation of QMS processes on the process of Minebea AccessSolutions,
- Manage and deploy of customer specific requirements,
- Train new employees about the organization of quality system.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Quality Management Systems: Proficiency in standards like IATF 16949 or APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) to ensure compliance and process adherence.
• Root Cause Analysis: Expertise in tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone diagrams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC): Ability to use statistical tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, materials, and component specifications.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency with tools like Excel or quality software for analyzing quality metrics and trends.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear reporting and issue resolution.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to addressing customer needs and maintaining satisfaction through high-quality deliverables.
