We are looking for a project engineer who will be focused in automatization and line innovation projects (SCADA, robots, production line balancing equipment, etc.) We are looking for project engineer who can work independently and can take decisions and responsibility. We are looking for project engineer who will be able to contribute and help to achieve plant goals.
You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Key responsibilities and scope:

• Being a part of the BD&E Office, responsible for the key projects in plant investment road map
• Performing the overall day-to-day management of multiple tasks to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
• Interacting daily with the internal clients to interpret their needs and requirements during all project phases
• Performing the overall control of the work (budget control, time schedule control, resources control, commissioning and verification control) and report regularly on project status;
• Managing the external contractors working on site and ensuring they are following Mondelez safety standards and procedures

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering / process engineering / food industry and/or project management is preferred
• At least 2-3 year of work experience in project management is required
• Project Management experience in large scale capital investments is preferred
• Industrial project experience is preferred
• Previous experience in leading, motivating and engaging teams preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCad/ Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to work independently and drive results critical
• Working experience with multinational teams and stakeholders is an asset
• Senior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines
• Working effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines in challenging projects

• Written and spoken English B2 level is required
