#WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE#

Our team focuses on financial and contractual management in the IT field, ensuring the management of the 3rd party contract portfolio and service level agreements (SLAs). We are responsible for IT cost reporting and provide support for financial planning and forecasting. In close cooperation with the IT community, we coordinate and collect inputs necessary for cost planning and optimization. From a financial and contractual perspective, we support the efficient delivery of IT services within the MOL Group. Our team consists of specialized experts with a strong focus on contracting, reporting, and financial management, along with expertise in the SAP environment and experience in working within an international company.

Your responsibilities will include handling daily tasks related to the 3rd party contract portfolio, creating and verifying purchase orders (POs), preparing regular performance protocols for invoice processing, and ensuring accurate accruals. You will participate in the regular IT cost reporting incl. analysis & comparison with the plan data and also support the collection and preparation of inputs for IT service cost planning and forecasting. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in an international corporate environment.
