Development Engineer II - Platform Development & Industrialization

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Mission: Article transfers between plant A and plant B with
respect to local toolbox, consolidation partner(s) and basic
performance and support of implementation activities of PIP and
VL projects. Consultant for general tire layout. Tire transfers:

> Self-reliant execution of complex tire transfer processes between
production plants
> Planning of experimental tire orders (ETO) in cooperation with plant
> Validation of ETO according to plant toolbox, initiation of necessary
action in case of deviations
> Assures Release Notices (RN) to and from plant and correct release
of products via RN
> Assures accuracy and timing according to necessary SOP (start of
production)
> Self-reliant execution of Value Leadership (VL) measures
> Actively supports VL projects within the frame of PI Process
optimization and participates in product and process development
projects
> Assures realization of guidelines for improvement in product and
production processes in cooperation with Quality management,
production and product industrialization Quality
> Assures realization of quality goals and quality optimization
