O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Contact Leader to oversee customer service operations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive strong cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the primary interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth demand planning, accurate execution, and high customer satisfaction.
Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily communication with customers regarding schedules, delivery performance, risks, and recovery plans
Oversee EDI schedule validation and ensure accurate demand reflection in SAP
Align customer demand with production capacity in cooperation with SIOP/MPS, Production, and Logistics
Monitor and report key KPIs (OTIF, backlog, premium freight) and drive corrective and preventive actions
Lead root-cause analysis for delivery deviations and ensure effective resolution
Manage customer review meetings and performance reporting
Drive continuous improvement of customer service processes, systems, and documentation
Lead and develop the customer service team (if applicable)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Strong customer-facing skills with ability to manage escalations and ensure transparency
Experience with EDI schedules and SAP (SD/MM/PP)
Ability to translate customer demand into executable production plans (MPS)
KPI-driven mindset (OTIF, backlog, recovery actions)
Structured problem-solving and coordination of corrective actions
Accuracy in delivery documentation and ASN processing
Cross-functional collaboration with Production, Logistics, and Procurement
Experience in reporting and performance dashboards
Continuous improvement mindset
