O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Contact Leader to oversee customer service operations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive strong cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the primary interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth demand planning, accurate execution, and high customer satisfaction.

Experience in the automotive industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily communication with customers regarding schedules, delivery performance, risks, and recovery plans

  • Oversee EDI schedule validation and ensure accurate demand reflection in SAP

  • Align customer demand with production capacity in cooperation with SIOP/MPS, Production, and Logistics

  • Monitor and report key KPIs (OTIF, backlog, premium freight) and drive corrective and preventive actions

  • Lead root-cause analysis for delivery deviations and ensure effective resolution

  • Manage customer review meetings and performance reporting

  • Drive continuous improvement of customer service processes, systems, and documentation

  • Lead and develop the customer service team (if applicable)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:


  • Strong customer-facing skills with ability to manage escalations and ensure transparency

  • Experience with EDI schedules and SAP (SD/MM/PP)

  • Ability to translate customer demand into executable production plans (MPS)

  • KPI-driven mindset (OTIF, backlog, recovery actions)

  • Structured problem-solving and coordination of corrective actions

  • Accuracy in delivery documentation and ASN processing

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Production, Logistics, and Procurement

  • Experience in reporting and performance dashboards

  • Continuous improvement mindset
