Plat
od 1 500 € hrubého
Starting gross monthly salary from EUR 1,500 gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary increase after probation period may be considered based on performance and level of independence.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The Institute of Banking Education of the National Bank of Slovakia (IBV NBS) delivers educational programmes and professional activities for the financial sector and other target groups.
One of the programmes supported by IBV NBS is the Graduate Education Programme (GEP) of the National Bank of Slovakia (NBS) – a development programme for talented participants from different countries interested in central banking. IBV NBS provides administrative and organisational support related to GEP operations and administration.

can work independently and responsibly,
enjoy keeping documents and processes organised,
can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines,
understand the basic logic of administrative and HR-related processes,
communicate confidently in both Slovak and English,

You will provide:
Administrative support related to GEP participants
collecting, updating and handling participant information, documentation, confirmations and deadlines,
administrative preparation of employment contracts and related documents, including attendance review and preparation of supporting documents for HR and payroll administration,
communication with programme participants in Slovak and English and support related to Health & Safety and GDPR training administration.
Administrative support related to external lecturers
collecting and handling lecturer information, documentation, contracts and purchase orders,
keeping records of delivered services, reviewing received invoices and preparing supporting documents for payments,
communication with lecturers and programme organisers in Slovak and English.
Administrative support related to internal processes
managing, updating and organising internal documentation and policies in both electronic and printed form,
preparing and formatting English versions of internal materials and documents,
monitoring access authorisations and supporting additional administrative tasks based on organisational needs.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Personal skills and qualifications
very good organisational skills and attention to detail,
independence, reliability and responsible approach to work,
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and monitor deadlines,
ability to understand administrative and HR-related processes and the connection between individual steps,
ability to work independently with administrative procedures and continuously monitor required tasks and supporting documents,
proactive approach and ability to complete administrative tasks thoroughly,
very good command of English in both written and spoken communication,
good communication skills and professional attitude,
advanced user knowledge of MS Office,
good digital skills,
ability to handle internal and personal documentation confidentially.
Preferred qualifications:
previous experience in administrative support or document management,
experience supporting HR-related administrative processes,
experience communicating with external service providers,
experience working in an international environment.
