Senior Account Receivable with Italian

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- Manage accounts receivable activities and credit collection processes for Italian-speaking business customers.
- Monitor AR aging reports, collection performance, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing, invoicing, and payment-related queries, including disputed transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records and support efficient cash collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues, cash flow challenges, and collection escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies and process-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize accounts receivable and collection processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process enhancement and operational excellence.

Požadujeme:

- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Credit & Collections, or a similar finance-focused role.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, such as Customer Service, Billing, Collections, or Financial Support.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and financial reporting.
- A customer-focused attitude combined with a genuine interest in finance and process
