Micro-Epsilon Inspection is active in the development and production of measuring systems, inspection systems, advanced automation and robotic in the rubber and automotive industry. Our systems increase the quality and efficiency of production in more than 70 factories in 22 countries around the world. We save our clients time and money. Among our clients are companies like Continental, Michelin, Goodyear, Pirelli, Bridgestone, JK Tire, MRF and BMW etc.. Their satisfaction is proved not only by the long-term partnership, but also by the awards we have received. Our systems eliminate errors in production and participate in reducing the environmental burden on our planet.

Our company was founded in 2007 with a few people on board. Today there are almost 60 of us directly in Bratislava, 9 people in India - Pune and we continue to grow. Despite that, is important for us to maintain the family atmosphere, that our company has.

We are looking for a smart colleague to join our team who:

• has strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• has an analytical and technical mindset
• reliability, patience and empathy are part of his personality
• has the ability to acquire new knowledge quickly.
• is not afraid to travel the world with us

Place of work:
• 80% of working time - at a regular workplace (Bratislava, Drobného 25/A)
• 20% of working time - on business trips in Europe, Asia, South Africa, America

Job description, your responsibilities:

• Acquiring international customers
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with existing customers.
• Technical discussions and negotiations with customers
• Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports
• Participation in various exhibitions and trade fairs (Germany, India,
U.S.A)
• Visiting customers' factories around the world
• Cooperation with sales teams outside Europe
• Collaboration in creating content for technology marketing
