O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for managing purchasing activities and ensuring a reliable supply chain within outsourcing collaboration with our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan inventory levels, procure products, and optimize procurement processes to support business and project goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Executes procurement strategies, policies and tactics required to achieve objectives.
- Ensure continuous product availability while minimizing supply chain risks
- Coordinate purchasing activities based on project and business requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on inventory planning and forecasting
- Monitor supplier performance and propose improvements
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes
- Maintain relevant purchasing documentation and reporting
- Support procurement-related activities within assigned projects

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Hands-on experience with purchasing processes, inventory planning, and supplier management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex tasks within defined policies
- Ability to make independent decisions or consult on challenging cases
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Active level of English for global communication
- Advantage: Experience working in outsourcing or customer delivery environments
