Asset Valuation Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Asset and Data Analyst who is eager to turn data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will directly influence the company’s financial strategy by preparing high quality analyses, building financial models, forecasting trends, and supporting decision making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial and market data to identify business trends and key factors impacting the company results
• Maintain reference pricing for vehicles and operating leasing components (maintenance, tires, insurance, etc.) using statistical models
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance, support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Monitor market developments and benchmark company results against industry standards
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Strategy, Controlling) to deliver financial insights

• Track and evaluate defined KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for senior management, board meetings, and corporate stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures
  
  

  What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical thinking – ability to understand all aspects of a given topic, structure conclusions, present insights clearly, and confidently defend proposed solutions
• Excellent communication & presentation skills – able to convey messages in a clear, structured and audience appropriate way, including communication with management
• Solid understanding of financial principles and key financial KPIs
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail – consistently ensures precision, quality, and minimisation of errors
• Advanced English (mandatory) – daily written and verbal communication
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, (PowerBI, Python, Dataiku is an advantage)
• Team oriented and solution driven personality
• Willingness to travel occasionally
