About the Role

We are looking for a Production Planner to support our Trebišov site during a period of growth and operational development.

The role sits at the core of daily operations — ensuring production runs smoothly while adapting plans in a fast-changing environment.

This is not a role where plans stay fixed — it is an opportunity to:

• work in a high-paced operational setting,

• continuously adjust and optimize production plans,

• solve real-time challenges that impact production performance.

We are looking not only for experience, but for the right mindset – someone who can stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and keep operations running even when plans change.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production plans to ensure efficient use of production capacity and timely delivery.

• Continuously adjust and re-plan production schedules based on:

  • material availability,

  • machine capacity,

  • production priorities.

• Respond to unexpected changes, such as:

  • delayed raw materials,

  • machine breakdowns,

  • urgent order changes.

• Coordinate closely with:

  • production managers,

  • shift leaders,

  • operations teams.

• Ensure smooth communication between planning and shopfloor execution.

• Monitor and support:

  • production performance,

  • adherence to schedules.

• Work with ERP systems to manage planning data and updates.

• Support continuous improvement of planning processes as the site evolves.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Must have:

• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics planning.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under time pressure.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.

• Fluent Slovak and working level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in manufacturing / production environment as well as high-volume or time-critical operations.

• Background in supply chain or logistics.

• Familiarity with planning processes in industrial settings.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
