Operations & Technology Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Being responsible for the stable and efficient operation of industrial processes
• Actively contributing to the preparation and implementation of future automated technologies, including participation in the construction of a new industrial facility
• Managing, improving and gradually developing operational and maintenance processes
• Designing and implementing maintenance concepts, evolving from reactive/basic maintenance toward preventive and predictive approaches
• Leading and developing a team, ensuring readiness for a more technology-driven operating model
• Driving continuous improvements in productivity, reliability, safety, quality and energy efficiency
• Cooperating closely with internal and external partners in technology, maintenance, energy, EHS, IT and logistics
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting key operational and technical KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
• Contributing to cross-functional and international improvement projects
  

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• ​​​​​Preferably technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, industrial technologies or related fields)
• Experience in an industrial or process-driven environment, preferably with automated or semi-automated technologies
• Hands-on experience with operational or technical management, maintenance and technical problem-solving, process improvement and operational optimization
• Interest in and motivation for industrial automation, modern technologies and operational transformation
• Experience with projects, new equipment introduction or preparation of larger operational changes is an advantage
• Ability to lead people through technical competence, structured processes and clear decision-making
• Analytical mindset, structured approach and the ability to operate effectively in a technically complex environments
• Professional command of English (international projects and cooperation)
