Candidates without managerial/supervisory experience within F&B will NOT be considered.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• experienced in managing F&B teams and F&B operations coordination
• at least 5 -YEAR MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN F&B IS A MUST (either in hotel environment or restaurant)
• passionate attitude to F&B and service
• experience in stock control, deliveries/orders management and PoS
• well-versed in budgeting and developing the departmental business plan and budget
• willingness to accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and demanding requirements of M&E operations
• experience with Italian cuisine and Italian language skill is a great plus (but not a must)
• experience with Micros PoS is a great advantage
• at least 2 trackable references from previous GMs and other chief officers
