We are currently looking for a professional in sales to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia,  as a 

Sales Specialist

(forwarding) 

As Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:  

• Telephone contact with prospective customers for sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services, and building long-term business relationships

• Achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Cooperating closely with a Sales Representative in a tandem sales model

• Creating and validating databases, as well as identifying and prospecting potential customers

• Supporting the servicing of existing customers within the assigned region

• Preparation of price offers

• Maintaining customer records and reporting activities in the CRM system

We expect candidates to have:

• Experience in conducting telephone sales conversations and customer outreach activities

• Willingness to learn about the freight forwarding market, our processes, and the services we offer

• Good command of the English language

• A proactive attitude and readiness to take initiative

• Result-oriented mindset and strong commitment to achieving goals and completing assigned tasks successfully.
