Production Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As the Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the production operations of our Slovak facility. Your core mission is to lead the production team to ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and on-time, while fully complying with IATF 16949 standards and the specific requirements of our prestigious customers. You must possess exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and Lean Manufacturing knowledge to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding operational and financial results.

Informácie o výberovom konaní:
Must have direct experience supplying to European OEMs such as Volkswagen and Volvo, and be familiar with their specific processes and standards (e.g., Formel Q, VDA).
Experience in manufacturing components for power batteries is a significant
advantage.
Previous experience working in a Chinese multinational or Sino-European joint
venture is highly desirable.
