Claim Analyst Specialist with French

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
*Analyze customer claims from France (e.g. missing, damaged, or incorrect goods, pricing discrepancies, or missing discounts).
*Investigate financial and logistical discrepancies in collaboration with colleagues in Bratislava and France.
*Propose and implement solutions for customer issues, maintaining regular communication with them.
*Perform financial accounting tasks related to customer claims and ensure accuracy of customer accounts in the SAP system.
*Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and support preventive actions.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*Active knowledge of French is essential, as you’ll be in regular contact with customers and colleagues from France (Sales, Front Office, and external transport partners).
*Strong customer focus, good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
*An interest in finance and familiarity with SAP is a plus
*This role is open to junior candidates. While prior experience is not required, it will help you gain a better understanding of related financial processes.
