od 2 700 € hrubého

Salary starting from EUR 2,700 gross/month (for candidates with approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience). The final compensation package will be determined individually based on the job level, technical and professional expertise, qualifications, skills, and overall relevant work experience. Exceptional candidates with higher levels of experience and expertise can expect a significantly higher offer.

O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Preparing product definition by working with stakeholders, developers, and internal/external customers
- Collaboration within the Scrum team in the development of the product
- Analysing the SW requirements and breaking them down into epics and stories
- Participation in agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demonstrations and Retrospectives
- Maintenance of product backlog
- Assistance with risk, change and dependency management
- Close cooperation with POs and other PO proxies regarding the prioritization and procedure in the sprints

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- English - advanced, German - advantage
- At least 2 years of experience on similar position
- Facilitation skills – ability to facilitate meetings and requirements definition and be a liaison between internal/external customer, developers and stakeholders
- Analytical skills – detail oriented with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user request from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
- Organizational skills – ability to work with the vast array of information gathered during requirements analysis and to exercise flexibility with changing business priorities
- Interpersonal skills – ability to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among representatives from various business and development teams
- Team skills – works well with others, delivers positive energy to their teamTime management skills – ability to work in a fast paced team environment and consistently meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Modelling skills – ability to represent requirements in graphical forms that clarify and augment written requirementsDetail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of the Sprints
- Knowledge of agile framework (Scrum particularly)
