Financial Controller / Analyst

Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the financial stability of the company by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities,
- Monitoring the company's financial statements to ensure their accuracy,
- Preparing monthly reports for management including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements,
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process with detailed focus on analytical aspects,
- Leading annual budgets and forecasts with a more detailed analysis of trends,
- Compliance with legal, financial, and tax regulations,
- Analyzing the company's performance compared to external and internal benchmarks, with an emphasis on statistics,
- Managing relationships with external banks and auditors,
- Identifying areas for improving business efficiency and reducing costs,
- Resolving technical accounting issues with a focus on data and statistics.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Education in accounting, finance or related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role,
- English language at a communicative level,
- Experience with creating financial statements,
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, SAP advantage
- Auditing experience.
