Deal Engagement Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Strategic Deal Leadership: Drive complex strategic deals from qualification through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.
- Proposal Excellence: Ensure all proposals are competitive, compliant, and tailored to win, bringing clarity and structure to each opportunity.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) cases and deliver compelling, value-driven proposals.
- Bid Management: Lead the full bid lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance tools, processes, and methodologies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage multiple stakeholders globally, demonstrating strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor’s in business, project management or related field, MBA is a plus
- 10+ years in IT sales with proven bid leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certification preferred
- Skilled in managing complex, time-phased activities
- Experience running workshops and crafting winning solutions
- Proficient in proposal tools and Microsoft Office
- Graphic design or desktop publishing is a bonus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams
- APMP Practitioner or ability to get certified required
