Project Manager of Bank Palace Bratislava

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a driven Project Manager to join the team behind Bank Palace Bratislava, a landmark 1923 neoclassical building now undergoing a full restoration into a best-in-class property with premium offices and a signature restaurant. This role combines hands-on project management with long‑term asset management across a growing portfolio of iconic historical buildings in Bratislava.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management - Phase I (2025-2027):

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the renovation and modernisation of the Bank Palace building on Štúrova 5 together with the owners, architects, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tenders. Manage stakeholder communication.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to support value-driven investment decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, safeguard milestones, and protect asset value.
• Manage administrative matters - utilities, invoices, security checks, revisions, etc.
  

Property Management - Phase II (2027+)

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bank Palace on Štúrova 5 and other properties in the investors' portfolio
• Manage tenant relations, leasing processes, and rent collection for the property. Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Track occupancy, rent levels, and operating costs to optimise rental yields.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, building codes, and heritage preservation standards.
• Manage reporting, operational budgets, and performance monitoring.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or real-estate development/investments.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and hands-on attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English.
• Financial acumen for budget management and cost optimisation.
• A passion for architecture and historical preservation.
