Beacuse your ideas and initiative can directly shape our growth in the Croatian market. In this role, you’ll build meaningful client relationships, work closely with cross-border teams, and gain hands-on experience across both retail and institutional business segments.

Your key activities would include:
- Identify and engage new clients in Croatia (both retail and institutional);
- Present our robo-advisory solutions and investment offerings effectively;
- Support preparation and translation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations;
- Track, manage, and report on sales performance through CRM tools;
- Collaborate with leadership to execute and optimize the sales strategy for Croatia;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Croatian clients;
- Assist with onboarding, account setup, and KYC/AML documentation;
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely follow-ups;
- Gather client feedback to help shape local product improvements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or sales/account management
- you are fluent in Croatian and English (Slovak is a plus but not required)
- you understand investment products
- you have communication and relationship-building skills
- you are based in Bratislava or open to relocation
