Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales and Marketing full-time job, to lead the strategic development and execution of our commercial activities. You will play a key role in doubling the company’s turnover by building a proactive sales and marketing strategy, strengthening our market presence, and developing a high-performing Sales Development team in Martin.

          Develop and Lead the Commercial Strategy

  • Design and implement a forward-looking, proactive sales and marketing, focused on revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic markets with high growth potential.

  • Align sales and marketing activities to support broader business goals and company vision. 

    Build and Lead a High-Performance Sales Development Team (example: Telesales)

  • Establish and manage Sales Development team focused on multichannel outreach and digital prospecting (up to 10 people based in Martin)

  • Replace outdated models with modern sales workflows

  • Define clear KPIs, sales processes, and performance metrics to drive consistent results.

  • Mentor and develop team members, creating a results-oriented and motivated culture. Foster team spirit and engagement.

    Drive Digital and Modern Marketing Initiatives

  • Lead the digital transformation of the marketing function using modern tactics

  • Leverage a full range of modern tools — including LinkedIn outreach (farming), CRM platforms, targeted social media campaigns, and industry-specific directories — to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility across key markets.

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance 

        Strenghten Customer Relationships and Market Presence

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

  • Represent the company in trade events, industry platforms, and through digital engagement to enhance visibility a brand presence.

  • Gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and anticipate industry trends.

        Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with the Group CEO, senior management and other departments to ensure that commercial strategies are fully embedded in operations, product development, and customer service.

  • Drive a sales-oriented mindset throughout the organization to support long-term growth.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • A strategic and modern-thinking senior manager, with a strong commercial mindset and passion for driving change.

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.

  • Experience in sales and marketing in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Excellent grasp of digital tools, modern sales and marketing tools 

  • Experience in building or leading Sales Development Team or Inside Sales team is strong advantage.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to build, coach, and motivate a growing team.

  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and able to combine strategic vision with operational execution, not afraid to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
