O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are supporting a reputable international manufacturing company in strengthening its engineering team. The role is ideal for a graduate or junior engineer with an academic background in metallurgy, who is motivated to develop in heat or surface treatment technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and optimizing heat and surface treatment processes according to CQI-9 / CQI-12 standards

  • Supporting implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S)

  • Cooperating with quality and production departments on process-related topics

  • Participating in audits, preparing and updating technical documentation (PFMEA, control plans, etc.)

  • Working with internal teams and international contacts on technology-related projects

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  1. Technical university degree in Metallurgy

  2. Interest in metallurgy, heat/surface treatment, and production processes

  3. Analytical thinking, precision, and proactive mindset

  4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team

  5. Communicative English or German is a plus (not mandatory)
